Qurbani Appeal

Dhul Hijjah 2025/1446

Dhul Hijjah, the twelfth and final month of the Islamic calendar, holds immense spiritual significance for us worldwide. Distinguished by the first ten days, considered the most sacred days of the year, a time when the rewards for good deeds and charity are multiplied.
Allah highlights the importance of these days in the Qur’an:

“By the dawn and by the ten nights”
Al-Fajr 89:1-2
During this auspicious period, the acts of worship include fasting, prayer, Qurbani, charity and recitation of the Qur’an, culminating in the performance of Hajj, the pilgrimage.
These days also coincide with Qurbani, the sacrificial offering of livestock, commemorating the devotion of our Prophet Ibraheem(as).
Revive a forgotten Sunnah!
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ use to sacrifice two rams, and made a second Qurbani for Muslims who could not afford to make Qurbani.
