Grab your bicycle and set your distance. Give yourself a goal to make you stretch.

  • Either pick 5km, 10km or 15km.
  • Keep a log of your progress by updating your page with your daily distances on map apps (strava).
  • Set yourself a daily target to fundraise through awareness of your progress to friends and family.
  • Set the number of days for the challenge.

The rules are simple, stick to living off just £1 per day, per person for the duration you set for the challenge.

  • Get creative on the meals you can make
  • Share your meal preps on your fundraising page and your social platforms as updates
  • You can drink unlimited tap water 😏 (only exception)

The poor survive on the most basic and affordable things they can eat. Most of the time, they would go hungry for days. Orphans and widows are hit the hardest as they don't have a bread winners who could support them. Become the key to helping hundreds of orphans with this food challenge!

This challenge will help you improve your life. If you ever lacked the motivation to give something up bad, now is a worth cause to get started. Why not choose a bad habit to give up or work towards reducing daily for the set amount of days you select for the challenge? By doing so you will be the means by which others in need can survive. You are amazing and you can make a difference.

  • Decide on the habit to give up or reduce
  • Set of the number of days you will push yourself to sacrifice those bad habits.
  • Promote your progress with your friends and family.
  • Encourage friends and family to support your sacrifice by making a small contribution to your fundraising page (created for you when you sign up).
  • Reach your target, improve your health 😊

Staying healthy requires us to stay active. Doing daily exercise can improve your health as well as keeping you motivated. By taking on the exercise challenge, you can make a difference to the lives of vulnerable orphans and widows.

  • Decide on an exercise that will do for this challenge on a daily basis to the duration of the challenge.
  • You can choose to jog, walk, or even sit-ups or push-ups. The exercise should be challenging to you.
  • Keep a log of your daily progress while meeting your personal target to raise funds through your fundraising page.
  • Promote your sacrifice with friends, why not even run together? 🤔
  • Encourage others to take the challenge


Doing a set is better progress than doing non so don't loose your stamina and set your goals right and know that you're making a difference.

Set them tasks in the home for the set amount of days and encourage them to give something up or do a chore that they normally don't do to help around the house. The lessons they will learn will help mold them into great people. By encouraging them and motivating them to make a sacrifice which will help the most needy, they can see the value of their actions.

  • Every time they complete a chore around the home which you have set, make a small donation on their page to motivate them.
